Happy Valentine's Day!

Friday the boy's had their Valentine's Day parties at school. They both racked up on the sweets and valentines! We even had to buy a special gift for their girlfriends! Gabe got his little girlfriend a pink plush kitty, and Ryan got his girlfriend a stuffed animal he bought at school. I had fun running back and forth between their 2 classrooms. Gabe still likes having me there, but Ryan was ready for me to leave almost as soon as I got there! My little boy is growing up!

Gabe's class played pin the tail on the donkey at their party. After their turns, they all got a gift. Gabe got a Spiderman kite (although he was pretty disappointed to hear that it wasn't windy enough to go outside and fly it yet).

This is one of the few pictures I was able to get of Ryan. Every time I tried to take a picture, he would turn around!

On Valentine's Day, Manuel and my brother were at a fishing tournament, so it was me and the boys for most of the day! We went to the boy's basketball games in the morning and then made strawberry cupcakes after lunch. The boys had fun decorating the cupcakes with colored sugar and sprinkles (although some had so many sprinkles that they would just pour off of the cupcake if you tilted it)! After we made our cupcakes (and of course sampled some) we played Twister and Pirate's Cove and then watched a movie. It was a fun day!
